The Office of the Honorary Consul of Hungary to The Gambia organized a visa guidance session for ten recipients of the Hungarian Government Scholarship in preparation for their studies in Hungary.
The session was designed to help the students understand the Hungarian Embassy’s online visa application process and ensure that they were properly prepared to complete the required procedures.
Students received guidance on the different sections of the online application, including personal and contact information, purpose of travel, passport and travel details, and supporting documentation.
The Office also identified key areas requiring clarification with the Embassy, including the appropriate visa category, duration of stay, visa fees and appointment procedures, to help minimize errors and avoid delays in processing.
The initiative forms part of the Office’s continued support to Gambian scholarship recipients as they prepare for their academic journey in Hungary.
